The elevator cleanliness needs attention, and the room showed signs of neglect with dirty carpets and odors!!! Improvements in these areas could enhance guest comfort!!!

Great for family visits!
We stayed here while moving our daughter into college and it was awesome! The king studio was super spacious and had a full fridge, which was a lifesaver for our groceries. Staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Just wish the elevator could use a good cleaning. had a bit of a musty smell.

comfortable stay but could improve breakfast options
The room layout was functional and spacious, which made our stay enjoyable. The staff members were attentive and eager to assist, providing exceptional service. We appreciated the inclusive environment, especially the visible support for Pride Month, which added a nice touch to our visit.
Breakfast options felt limited and could benefit from more variety, especially for different dietary preferences.

The check-in staff was knowledgeable and welcoming, enhancing the experience right from the start. The room was not only clean and cozy but also spacious, making it a comfortable spot for our group. Homemade muffins available in the lobby were a delightful touch that added to the welcoming atmosphere. However, the overall price felt excessive for what was offered, especially considering competing options nearby, and the location did not stand out positively either. Additionally, limited parking made accessing the place a bit challenging, which added to the overall dissatisfaction.

Had a great time with friends here! We hit up Splash in the Boro, which was super fun, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze. Perfect spot for a group getaway!
The elevator had a weird smell, which was a bit off-putting. Just something that could use a bit more attention.

Had a great family outing at Splash in the Boro. The kids loved the water slides, and we enjoyed the comfortable accommodations, which made it perfect for a large family. Plus, my sister joined us, making it even more fun!
My children wanted a cleaner room with less odor. A deep clean of the carpets would help a lot for families with kids.

The King Studio Suite was nicely laid out and super comfy. It was clean and cozy, with a good amount of space to move around. I liked having the kitchenette since it made things easier for snacking. Temperature controls worked well, and it felt like I was at home. Housekeeping was friendly, which added to the vibe. No major issues, just a comfy stay overall.

The hotel had excellent staff who genuinely seemed happy to help, and the room was very comfortable. However, the housekeeping service was lacking, with cleanings scheduled only once a week and no linen changes during my extended stay, which was quite frustrating.
